The tactile perception,as an important way to obtain interactive environmental information,has important research significance in the fields of human motion monitoring,medical rehabilitation and human-computer interaction.Aiming at the problems of poor stability and weak anti-jamming ability in flexible tactile sensor,a composite conductive material with carbonized cross-linked network is developed to improve the stability and anti-jamming ability of flexible tactile sensor.In this study,melamine sponge was used as carbonization material,and the pressure sensitive material with fully coated cross-linked framework was prepared by impregnation and coating process.Based on the analysis of pore size,thickness design,carbonation temperature,dip-coating times and solution concentration of carbonized materials,the influence of process parameters on pressure-sensitive characteristics and conduction mechanism of composite conductive network was obtained by means of thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis,elemental analysis and X ray diffraction.The flexible tactile sensor based on carbonized cross-linked framework structure pressure sensitive material is designed with high stability and strong anti-interference ability.It has the properties of wide working range(0-550 k Pa),fast response(?120 ms)and excellent repeatability(?10000 cycles).The flexible tactile sensor is used to study the variation of plantar pressure under the bending and motion modes of human joints.The flexible tactile sensor array is designed and its application in the field of pressure detection and real-time distributed sensing is studied.The recognition and classification of grasping state is realized by combining support vector machine.The flexible tactile sensor based on fully coated sealed cross-linked skeleton sensitive material has the advantages of easy preparation,high stability and strong anti-interference ability.It has important research significance in the fields of intelligent robot electronic skin,motion monitoring,medical rehabilitation,virtual reality and human-computer interaction.
