There is big request of anti-skid package in logistics,and anti-skid film is the biggest part of it.Currently most of the anti-skid coating material is solvent base,it really take big pollution to the environment,also impair the operators and end-user's health.Water based poly-acrylic emulsion grows a lot in coating as it is more friendly material to environment.But we need to do some modification on the poly-acrylic emulsion to improve its water resistance and anti-skid properties.We used organosilicone to do the modification on nano-powder to improve its lipophilicity,then added it into the emulsion polymerization to produce poly-acrylic emulsion,we also did some optimization work on the detailed recipe.We take KH-570KH-560 and KH-550 to modify the nano-TiO2 SiO2 CaCO3 and ZnO,did some study on the best additive amount with TiO2,and take it to all the other combinations.Meanwhile,we used the 12 modified nano-powders to the polymerization of poly-acrylic emulsion,then do the lab coating on base PE film.At last,we did the optimization on the recipe of poly-acrylic emulsion,and got a new emulsion with low sticky ability to do the coating on PE film.Based on the result,nano-powder has the best surface properties with 20wt%amount of silane coupling agent,and good compatibility with poly-acrylic emulsion.With 0.1wt%amount of modified nano-powder,the static friction coefficient and other surface properties of the film are best,and we got the same trend in the low sticky poly-acrylic emulsion.
