The research on plastic film non-slip coating is limited now, andorganic solvents are used in the most anti-slip coatings on the market,causing environmental pollution problemduring construction. Sowater-based coating is one of the development directions in non-slipcoating. Non-slip coating is mainly composed of resins, solvents, anti-skidparticles and additives. Acrylate emulsion using water as dispersionmedium, less organic solvent volatilization, green environmental protection,excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance andadhesion, can be used as the base material of non-slip coating. But inpractical applications, the performance of acrylate emulsion can not meetthe use requirements, needing to improve through modification.This project against disadvantage of acrylate emulsion, improved itsperformance through the study of polymerization technology andnanometer technology, and increased the coating friction coefficient byusing the calcium carbonate as the anti-slip grain, and the plastic filmnon-slip coating with anti-slip properties is prepared. The main subjects are:Nanometer TiO2and CaCO3was surface modified by the coupline agentKH-570and sodium stearate respectively, and the best modificationformula was obtained through the research of modifier dosage and reactiontime; Nanometer TiO2/Acrylic ester compound emulsion was prepared byin situ emulsion polymerization method, and then NanometerTiO2/CaCO3/Acrylic este compound emulsion coating was prepared thoughblending surface modified CaCO3with nanometer TiO2/Acrylic estercompound emulsion, the best polymerization process was explored thoughthe test and characterization of emulsion and latex film performance. Theresearch of the influence of mechanical properties on nanoparticales andvarious factors, the best coating paint technology was obtained. The resultsshow that: The dispersion of nanometer TiO2and CaCO3modified bysilane coupling agent KH-570and sodium stearate was improved, and thecompatibility of organic interface was increased. The best polymerizationprocess condition is: hard and soft monomer MMA and BA ratio of1:1;Functional monomer AA to3wt%; SDS and OP-10used as compound emulsifier, matching to the SDS: OP-10=2:1, dosage was5.0wt%; heinitiator dosage was0.5wt%; Nano TiO2dosage to0.2wt%; Reactiontemperature to75℃-80℃, the polymerization reaction is the most stable,the performance of emulsion and latex film is best. The mechanicalproperties such as coating adhesion, hardness and softness, chemicalresistance, damp and hot resistance and ageing resistance performance hasimproved greatly with adding nanometer TiO2and CaCO3. The coatingprepared with nanometer TiO2content to0.2wt%, CaCO3content to10wt%and coating thickness to10μm has the maximum friction coefficientand the best prevent slippery performance.
