The esterification of 2-KLG with methanol and the further reaction of methyl ester are the key steps in the production of Vitamin C.This technology has been applied in the industrial production, but in the current process, whether the yield and quality,or energy consumption and equipment corrosion, there are serious deficiencies. Therefore, due to the high cost in the process, people think that in the industrial production process the need to improve a lot, explore new sodium Vitamin C conversion process conditions, for us both have very important significance in the development of economy and protect the environment. This paper was mainly studied using 2-KLG and methanol as raw materials, using sulfuric acid as catalyst, methyl sulfonic acid catalytic reaction, the optimum reaction time on esterification reaction and the optimum reaction temperature, followed by gulonic acid methyl esters under optimal conditions respectively with sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate, the formation of the final products of vitamin C sodium. The best reaction time, finally probes into gulonic acid methyl esters with Sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate produce vitamin C sodium Sodium bicarbonate and the optimum reaction temperature and the optimum dosage of sodium carbonate, and compare the sodium carbonate and Sodium bicarbonate generate vitamin C sodium conditions. The experimental results was showed that the esterification reaction, when the reaction time(4h),temperature is 53 degrees centigrade, the yield of methyl 2-keto-l-gulonate was 93.80%;when the reaction temperature is 53 degrees centigrade, the reaction time is 3.5H,the yield of methyl esters of sulfonic acid was 93.79%.In the formation of vitamin C and sodium bicarbonate sodium gulonic acid methyl ester reaction in the reaction in a certain reaction time(5H),the reaction temperature is 64 degrees centigrade, vitamin C sodium was 93.77%;when the reaction temperature is 64 DEG C,the reaction time is 4h,the yield of sodium vitamin C is 93.75%;when the reaction temperature is 64 degrees centigrade, the reaction time is 4h,the actual amount of sodium bicarbonate is 1.3 times of the theoretical value, the yield of 94.86%vitamin C sodium. In the reaction of methyl vitamin C gulonic acid and sodium carbonate sodium in the reaction in a certain reaction time(5H),the reaction temperature is 60 degrees centigrade, vitamin C sodium was 94.39%;when the reaction temperature is 60 DEG C,the reaction time is 4h,the yield of sodium vitamin C is 94.38%;when the reaction the temperature is 60 degrees centigrade, the reaction time is 4h,the actual amount of sodium bicarbonate is 1.2 times of the theoretical value, the yield of 95.73%vitamin C sodium.Research was showed that in esterification reaction, reaction time, reaction temperature canchange the formation of methyl 2-keto-l-gulonate in esterification amount. The optimum reaction conditions of methyl esters of sulfonic acid is the temperature of 53 degrees centigrade, time is 3.5h.The reaction time in the formation of vitamin C sodium in the reaction, the reaction temperature, the amount of sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate can change the amount of sodium vitamin C production. And the optimum reaction conditions of vitamin C sodium bicarbonate sodium is a reaction temperature of 64degrees centigrade, the reaction time is 4h,the actual amount of sodium bicarbonate is 1.3 times of the theoretical value;the optimum reaction conditions and reaction with sodium carbonate to produce vitamin C sodium is the temperature of 60 degrees centigrade, the reaction time is 4h,the actual amount of carbon acid sodium is 1.2 times the theory of value.By contrast, the methyl 2-keto-L-gulonic acid conversion reaction, sodium carbonate is superior to sodium bicarbonate.
