Shengli oilfield the Cheyi station created an earlier time,and the current station with the process of the existence of defects,resulting in high water content of crude oil products,high energy consumption,so research the Cheyi station of crude oil demulsification and process optimization,significantlly.Firstly,the method of indoor demulsifier was established.The results of indoor experiment showed that the demulsifier SL-2 had better demulsification effect.When the temperature was 60°C,the demulsifier was 40-80 mg/L,and the demulsification effect was better.When the dosage is 120 mg/L,the indoor demulsification effect is the best.The field test results also show that the dehydration effect is obvious under this condition,which solves the problem that the crude oil is high water content.Once again,the process of the Cheyi station was analysisd and researched,and from the measurement system,heating furnace inlet gas-liquid separation,three-phase separator separation effect control,sludge drying field transformation,gathering and dosing system,fuel oil and electricity heating transformation,energy-saving measures and other aspects of the proposed improvement measures.Finally,the wastewater treatment process was analyzed.The results showed that the oil removal rate was 80 mg/L,and the oil removal rate was 10 mg/L or less;suspended matter sedimentation after 3 h slow,sedimentation 8 h suspended solids content can reach 3.5 mg/L.Field application shows that SH-1 type of water purifier degreasing effect is obvious,but the suspended matter is not up to the standard,it is recommended to increase the settling time,and finally the cost of sewage treatment,compared to the previous effect is obvious.
