With the developing of oil extraction, the application of oil production technologymake crude oil emulsion becomes more stable. It also make the rate of crude oilmoisture content increase year by year, aggravate the task of the demulsificationdehydration of crude oil, as well as increase the equipment load in storage,transmission and refining process, what’s more, it increase the fuel consumption whenthe water of oil is heating up. The salty substance in emulsion can also lead to thepipeline scaling and corrosion in equipments. Therefore it’s necessary for deeplystudy of factors affecting and demulsification mechanism that influences the stabilityof crude oil emulsion, constantly develop new productions.At present, domestic and overseas both have the specialized research of demulsifier,from Chemistry type it mainly contain polyoxyethylene nonionic oxygen-poly(propylene block polymer is given priority to). Due to regional differences betweencrude oil properties, the conditions and process that emulsion formed is also different,so it’s difficulty that how to make certain the demulsification mechanism, and so farthe research is not thorough. It’s need different properties of oil filter to filtrate outdifferent demulsifiers in crude oil production.Quoted for the seventh oil production factory of Daqing oilfield, the author of thispaper think that the dewatering process of AOBAOTA combined-station and PU1combined-station crude oil is too simple (only include heating dehydration, withoutelectric dehydration). Through experiments, under the indoor condition, the crude oilis based on the screening principles of dehydration rate, the speed of dehydration, theoil-water interface state, water oil content, and then combined with the site processconditions, select the most effective demulsifier BCF319and BC090. Usingsynergistic effect of surface active agent, let the demulsifier of screening and BC031 distribute. Finally, we get a new assessment of powder performance, and not onlyprovide the valuble dates on sites but also provide the best production.
