In the Xujiahe Formation of Western Sichuan is consist of Glutenite and Mud rock,the rock is hard that makes it low possibility to drilling,so in the process of oil drilling the speed of mechanical drilling is not fast,also the bit wear is serious,service life is short.The drilling project progress is being seriously affected,so the study on the feature of Xujiahe Formation is very important,in order to get the Individual bit fit for this layer.According to the geological conditions of the Xujiahe Formation in West Sichuan,carried out the parameters of rock mechanics experiment,and we established the Xujiahe Formation Model and mechanical parameters of rock drillability profile in West Sichuan through the parameters of rock mechanics experimental data and logging data.According to the mechanical parameters of rock mechanics,it predicted the drilling strata's rock mechanics characteristics.The theoretical analysis of the rock breaking mechanism and the lab experiment of the mixed drill bit were studied.It also based on the three dimensional modeling method and the design method.Aimed at the rock mechanic characteristic of Xujiahe,the difficult of the bit cutter,at the same time for the mixed rock breaking mechanism,design method,hydraulic structures these problems,the research used finite element analysis software to do the hydraulic analysis and welding strength analysis.In the end the structure of mixed drilling bit and the roller cutting tooth has been optimized.Through the study of the characteristics of the Xujiahe Formation we get the individual rock bit and use it in the field experiment,obtained a better application results.
