Under the background of low carbon economy and greenhouse effect in global,how to achieve energy-saving&emissions reduction is an important factor that restrict the iron and steel enterprise development.Besides,the contradiction between the demand for high-quality coke,ore and the increasingly scarce resources of blast furnace production is becoming more and more obvious.How to improve the utilization rate of blast furnace body becomes a strategic problem to be resolved urgently for the iron and steel enterprise.At present,the improvement of the utilization rate of the furnace are mainly focused on two ways,that is improving the reducing ability of the iron containing raw material,improving the high temperature characteristics of ore layer,controlling the distribution of the charge,improving the distribution of gas flow and reducing blast furnace heat reserve zone temperature,to improve the CO pressure and the balance pressure,improve reduction driving force.The temperature of the hot reserve zone is the direct diving line between the upper and the lower part iron oxide in the blast furnace.The initial reaction temperature of coke is carbon solution loss reaction initial temperature,it is the boundary temperature that iron oxide direct reduction and indirect reduction in the blast furnace,it can affect FeO-Fe coke restore balance and change the reducing agent consumption and gas utilization,in some extent reflect the reaction of coke with gas in the blast furnace.Therefore,The temperature of the hot reserve zone and coke carbon solution loss initial temperature has closely related.In this study,based on summary on the research of scholars both at China and abroad,puts forward a new way to determination coke carbon solution loss initial temperature:when coke reaction with CO2 generated CO concentration to 1%the temperature is coke carbon solution loss initial temperature.And from the properties of coal,coking process conditions,charge with additives to study their effects on it,to provide theoretical basis for blast furnace from energy-saving&emissions reduction and develop the demands coke for blast furnace ironmaking system.The results show that coking coal properties has significant influence on it,with the improvement of degree of coalification,the single kind of coal's initial reaction temperature is increasing;with the mix of coals'volatile,catalytic index increase initial reaction temperature is reduce,with bond index increase initial reaction temperature is increasing;with soaking time is increasing,the initial reaction temperature is increasing;the bulk density has little effect on it;with the increase of fineness,the initial reaction temperature increase first and decrease later,when the fineness is 90%,the initial reaction temperature get its maximum;with increase of adding Additive iron ore powder and slaked lime,the initial reaction temperature of coke significantly reduced,the function of iron powder is better than slaked lime.Further study on the initial reaction temperature and the reactivity index of coke,the results show that the initial reaction temperature and the reaction of the coke are negatively correlated,that is,with the increase of reactivity index,the initial reaction temperature decrease,but for different cokes,the magnitude of the decrease is huge.In the numerical,they can not be characterized by each other,only measured by rules.
