Electric wheel truck is a kind of heavy-carrying vehicles,and a large-scale transport equipment which is mechanical and electrical integration.It is also known as electric wheel dump truck or mine truck,and is widely used in large opencast coal mine,iron mine and non-ferrous metal mines.It is important assets of mining enterprises and its operating fuel consumption is the main production costs of mining enterprises.Therefore,it has important practical significance and prospects for the research of energy-saving methods and technological for such kind of high energy-consuming equipment.In this thesis,I propose a new optimization method of transmission control system for energy saving of electric wheel truck.Energy consumption performance indicator is integrated into the traditional performance indicators of transmission control system on the basis of satisfying the dynamic and static performance index of the transmission control system,so that a integrated performance index with the traditional performance indicators and energy consumption performance indicator of the transmission control system is proposed,and the multi-objective optimization function of the transmission control system with the integrated performance index is established.Then I use the intelligent optimization algorithm to optimize the transmission control system while the multi-objective optimization function is used as the optimization target function.In addition,I propose the(Teaching stage Improved Teaching-Learning beased Optimization,TITLBO)TITLBO algorithm.It is verified by function optimization experiment and PID controller parameter optimization experiment that the proposed(Teaching stage Improved Teaching-Learning beased Optimization,TITLBO)TITLBO algorithm is effective in the controller parameter optimization.And the TITLBO algorithm is applied to the energy saving optimization of the transmission control system as an energy consumption optimization control algorithm.Finally,simulink dynamic simulation model of transmission control system is established based on MATLAB/Simulink 9.0.Energy consumption optimization experiment of transmission control system is carried out while the TITLBO algorithm is used as the energy consumption optimization control algorithm and the multi-objective evaluation function of the integrated performance index of the transmission control system as the target fitness value evaluation function.The results show that the energy-saving optimization method proposed in this thesis can achieve better energy saving effect with some reduction of the rapid performance indicator for the start-up acceleration process of the heavy-duty equipment without affecting the production operation rate of the heavy-duty equipment,and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed energy saving optimization method.
