Oilfield water injection is the guarantee of oilfield production,convertertechnology as an effective energy saving technology,has been widely used in oilfield,but for multiple pump units,different combination scheme of frequency conversion has a large difference energy saving effective,and the choice of pump frequency conversion point will affect the final variable frequency energy saving effect,so a reasonable manner of frequency conversion and point parameters optimization is the key to improve the efficiency of pump unit,reducing energy consumption.Based on those,the thesis carried out the following research work.Firstly,combining the flow matching measures on the solution of the commonly used in practical production,the energy consumption influencing factors and parameters of the parallel pump which meet the demand of working condition were analyzed.The determination of the adjustable parameter is an effective measures of reducing energy consumption and improve the pump efficiency.Secondly,the paper researched the energy saving technology of variable frequency speed regulation in parallel pumps,which mainly includes the combination scheme and the condition parameter optimization.In terms of frequency conversion combination,the previous researches are mostly simulation and calculation examples.In this paper,through theoretical analysis and extremum algorithm,it is determined that the optimal frequency conversion combination mode is full variable frequency synchronous speed regulation operation.In terms of working condition optimization,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is determined to be the optimal control algorithm of the model based on the characteristics of the energy consumption model and the advantages and disadvantages of the intelligent optimization algorithm.Finally,the theoretical research is verified by the oil field parallel pump unit.By analyzing the operation effect of the first transformation(partial frequency conversion),variable speed pump operates in high lift,low flow rate and constant speed pump is excess flow.Forecasting the relationship between total power and revolution speed ratio error for parallel pump unit,results show that the revolution speed ratio error is smaller,the smaller the total power,the total power is to minimize at the same revolution speed ratio,and the energy-saving effect is best.For working condition optimization,the genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to optimize the parallel pump energy consumption model.It is determined that the particle swarm optimization algorithm is more advantageous in the optimization of the energy consumption model of the parallel pump.
