At present,municipal solid waste disposal is a difficult problem for people's livelihood in China and also an important challenge for sustainable urban development.Municipal solid waste incineration can realize its utilization of energy and resources,and capacity reduction effect is obvious,the processing speed is fast.However,the environmental problems caused by dioxin produced by MSWI have been the focus of attention.Therefore,the concern about on-line monitoring technology of dioxins is getting higher and higher.In order to realize on-line monitoring of dioxins,th study on the correlation model between dioxins and indicators needs to be conducted.This paper mainly carried out the following works:(1)In this paper,the adsorption efficiency of chlorobenzenes in Tenax-TA sampling tube at different temperatures was studied.A method was developed for the measurement of chlorobenzene in gas,the method was characterized by Tenax-TA adsorption,n-hexane desorption and GC-ECD to anaylse.Based on this,this paper designs a method to measure the chlorobenzene concentration in fixed pollution source according to the municipal waste incineration power plant on-site.(2)Taking dichlorobenzenes as the research object,the experiment was designed to explore the mechanism of dioxins generation by chlorobenzene.The effects of fomation of dioxin by 1,4-dichlorobenzene on the surface of fly ash at different temperatures and different oxygen contents were studied with a small tube furnace.The optimum temperature and oxygen content of chlorobenzene to produce dioxin were studied to provide the theoretical basis for reducing the generation of dioxins in municipal solid waste incineration.(3)Taking domestic three municipal solid waste fluidized bed incinerators and one grate incinerator as the research object,this paper studied the emission characteristics of the dioxin and chlorobenzenes in four incinerators at the same sampling location—chimney.According to the concentration,the correlation models between chlorobenzene concentration and I-TEQ were established respectively.(4)Taking a domestic solid waste grate incinerator as the research objects,in this paper,the fingerprint characteristics of dioxin emission in the process of the incinerators and the fingerprint characteristics of chlorobenzenes in the flue gas before entering the APCDs are studied.The correlation model between chlorobenzene concentration and I-TEQ before the APCDs was established.
