In today’s society, energy production and environmental protection are two current issues and challenges, and waste incineration is an important way of waste recycling. As secondary pollution, persistent organic have been the focus of attention.. With the society growing need of energy development and waste disposal, dioxin pollution and control have been a serious problem. At home and abroad focus on three aspects about on-line monitoring study:choice of correlate, correlation model and technology of on-line monitoring.REMPI-TOFMS(resonance-enhanced multiphoton ionization and time of flight mass spectrometer combined) have good prospects and applications.(1)This article also analysis the dioxin TEQ and fingerprint in HWI(Hazard Waste Incinertaion), and the average TEQ is0.2435ng I-TEQ/Nm3.23478-PeCDF have a good correlation with TEQ, and R2is0.98. Cixi MSWI has the similar conclusions. The lateral correlation model in HWI is analyzed.(2)CBz and dioxins correlation model is analyzed at each position in MSWI. TrCBz in pre-burn, after superheater and after baghouse; PeCBz and HxCBz in pre-burn, former semi and after baghouse; are established longitudinal correlation model.(3)On the basis of the longitudinal correlation model in MSWI,135-TrCBz in after baghouse and pre-burn; PeCBz and HxCBz in after baghouse and former semi with dioxins composite longitudinal correlation model was established.(4)VUV-TOFMS use the existing TrCBz lateral correlation model to realize the indirect on-line measurement of dioxin. TrCBz on-line and off-line result are consistent. The result of I-TEQ in the low-concentration region is a little big, and more consistent in high concentration region. The laser system was set up and the energy curve of the laser is reasearched and drawed.
