Two refractory pollutants were selected:Aniline and Nitrobenzene.The role and mechanism of powdered activated carbon added to aerobic activated sludge system were studied.The adsorption experiments of aniline were carried out with different adsorbents,Each series process is also discussed,PAC-AS is the best system,And the best additive is Shell type activated carbon powder.In order to investigate the optimum reaction conditions of PAC-AS system,Experiments were carried out under different conditions,Determine the optimum value for each factor:The addition amount of activated sludge was:SV30=50%;pH=7;The dosage of PAC was:4 g/L.Experiments were conducted on high concentration aniline wastewater,To observe the inhibition of Aniline Wastewater by different concentrations on microorganisms,It was found that when aniline concentration reached 1500 mg/L:Aniline wastewater has a slight inhibitory effect on microorganisms;When the concentration of aniline wastewater reaches 6000 mg/L,It is difficult to degrade aniline in AS system.In order to verify the effect of PAC on AS system,Experiments were conducted especially on aniline wastewater at concentrations of 3000 mg/L and5000 mg/L,Get results:In the PAC-AS system,the removal rate of aniline was increased by 5060%compared to the AS system,Moreover,in PAC-AS systems,the microbial arrest period is significantly shortened.In order to verify the strengthening effect of PAC-AS system,high concentration nitrobenzene wastewater was selected for experiment,Get results:In the PAC-AS system,the removal rate of aniline was increased by 3050%compared to the AS system.Control experiments of AS system,PAC system and PAC-AS system are carried out,The change of biomass?MLSS?in two system was discussed,Sludge volume?SVI?,Sludge settling ratio(SV30)and the concentration of sludge and the growth state of microorganisms.Finally get:PAC has enhanced synergy in AS systems,By influencing the agglomeration form of sludge,Improving the living environment of microorganisms and providing attachment vectors for microorganisms to improve the stability and activity of AS systems.
