Transformation Of ZJ17 Cigarette Machine Control System

In this paper,involves the design and transformation of the control system of the ZJ17 cigarette machine,application the IPC control technology and servo drive technology on the new generation PROTOS M5 cigarette machine of HUANI to the control system of ZJ17 cigarette machine.To synchronize the quality control of cigarette and the operation of the machine,so as to improve the quality control ability of the cigarette machine.The reformed ZJ17 cigarette machine control system takes 2 ETHERCAT based IPC(industrial control computer)as the core of the control system,replace the original card computer,responsible for the driving control,weight and quality control of the cigarette machine.The EtherNet protocol is used to communicate with the host computer to improve the real-time performance of data transmission.Replace the original relay control system with a servo drive system.The start and stop control is more accurate,reduce the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials,and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.Replace nuclear scanners with microwave scanners.The algorithm is improved and the number of shaft encoder lines is increased.The risk of security is reduced and the sampling rate and stability of the weight control system are improved.The steady pressure transformation of the quality control air source is made to make the measurement result more accurate.After the completion of the reform of the control system of the cigarette machine,the weight control system and the quality control system are debugged and the range of setting parameters is given.By comparing the standard deviation of product weight before and after transformation and the accuracy of detection and elimination,it is concluded that the control system after transformation of ZJ17 cigarette machine is better than that before.
