The Research On Control System Of New Cigarette Maker

Recently Chinese cigarette industry is undergoing the adjustment in its production and organization structures aimed at the strategic target of being large enterprise with best brand. Such adjustments and development must have the great influence on cigarette equipment. By comprehensive analyzing the change of the cigarette enterprise's need and the main characteristics of the present international cigarette maker, combined with the application of computer controlling and mechanical and electronic techniques, this paper tries to design a set of solution based on the 21^st century's new type of cigarette maker's controlling system, that has an important influence.Firstly, the author gives the detailed introduction about the tobacco machinery situation both in China and the world and also makes the brief analyze about the controlling system of the cigarette maker. Then the further analyze focus on the application of computer controlling and mechanical and electronic techniques, which have been quickly developed these years. Based on the above, the author picked out the key elements of the controlling system on cigarette maker: management unit, main controlling unit, safety protection unit, administer unit and drive unit as well as its sub-function modules. The author also provides the relative solution for each of them. It could be summarized as: use Field I/C controlling system (FCS) to make it more extendable with the universal interface; has more clear and distinct network structure; the management controlling unit could hold its main duty so as to leave out the specialized function as possible as it can; to make the safety protection unit internationalized as it is designed according to the world standard; to simplify the structure by using electronic cams and gears as more as possible and to modularize its pneumatic drive; to specialize its sub-function modules;By the standardization of these key elements of controlling system on cigarette maker, the main structure of controlling system could be built up.
