Electrochemiluminescence(ECL),also known as electrochemiluminescence(ECL),is the process of forming excited state of the material produced by the electron transfer reaction on the electrode.ECL immunosensor mainly combined ECL with immunoassay technology,on the one hand,it retained the characteristics of sensitive ECL and wide detection range,on the other hand,it has a high selectivity unique immune analysis.At present,we often use ruthenium(II)complex,Luminol and its derivatives and quantum dots as the luminophore in the construction of sensors.In this paper,we mainly introduced based on QDs,using different kinds of nanomaterials as a substrate carrier of QDs to construct ECL immunosensor.The construction and application of ECL immunosensor based on quantum dots not only extends the application of quantum dots in the ECL system,but also provides some new methods for the detection of other small molecules.This paper mainly includes the following parts:In chapter 1,we have introduced the background and significance of this study that including the basic theory and types of ECL immunoassay,the construction of ECL immunosensor for the use of light-emitting devices(QDs),the immobilization of materials and nano materials,etc.In chapter 2,the preparation PDDA-GN,CdSe QDs,AuNPs and graphene PDDA-GN/AuNPs/QDs nanocomposite materials have been explained in this paper.In addition,the characterization of the nanomaterials which were used in assembling the ECL immunosensor for the detection of ractopamine have been developed.The preparation of the sensors have broaden the application of QDs in the application of ECL.In chapter 3,the preparation method and process of ZnO,ZnO-Au,CdTe-PAMAM-GO composite nanomaterials,the materials were characterized by UV-Vis spectroscopy and high power transmission electron microscope etc.,these nanomaterials can be applied to construct ECL immunosensor of brombuterol detection.The sensitivity and stability of the sensor were characterized in this paper.The sensor can not only be employed to detect brombuterol in real samples,but also provide a new method for the detection of other small molecules.In chapter 4,the Preparation and characterization of CdS/CdSe QDs,Pd-graphene,Ce-ZnO and other graphene materials were introduced.Besides,we have constructed an ECL immunosensor for diclofenac sodium detection based on CdS/CdSe QDs as foundation and Pd-graphene labled antibody as probe.The sensor can be used for the determination of diclofenac sodium in waste water samples,which provides a new method for the detection of drug contaminated water samples...
