Study Of Strengthening The Kunshan Industrial Enterprises’ Responsibility Of Production Safety

Production safety matters the safety of people’s lives and property.And has a close contact with the economic and social harmony and stability.The rapid development of production lead to a frequent period of safety accidents.Concidering the acceleration of industrialization,the centralization of the industry,the advancement of technology,the expansion of the industrial community scale and the increase of the the usage of dangerous chemicals,promote the risk of production safety accident.At present,Kunshan is generally in the inportant period of turning from medium industrialization to the advanced industrialization.Involving a large number of factories and various industry type,production safety accidents occur frequently.The production safety situation is still grim.The main responsibility of production safety is established by the law and related regulations of our country that contains the obligations that industrial enterprises should ensure specified production safety to protect the safety of enterprise staff,the equipment and facilities and the social surroundings.Compared to commercial enterprises,industrial enterprises is the more important part in the supervision of production safety.However,most of enterprises in the fierce competition in the market,still exist the phenomenon that "attach much importance to production and little to safety","security system is not strict,safety responsibility is not fullfilled","safety konwledge training just goes through the motions " "totally depends on the government to hidden danger " which causes accidents happen constantly,the supervision of production safety for the government is grim.In addition to the introduction and conclusion altogether is divided into four parts.The first part studies the theoretical basis for enterprise’s safety production responsibility,including the concept,the significance and laws guarantee.In the second part,from the perspective of security supervision in Kunshan,the author mainly analysis the overall situation of safety production in Kunshan,and discuss the existing problems and reasons.The third chapter mainly introduce the similar case from Guangdong,and sum up the experiences and enlightenment for it’s work.Last but not least,the paper will make suggestions from the aspects of the standardization Construction,the administrative enforcement,the technical support and so on.
