Among the existing wastewater treatment methods,biological treatment is the main treatment method,but due to its slow degradation rate,it has some limitations.In this thesis,graphene oxide(GO)and nitrogen-doped reduced-state graphene(N-rGO)were used as redox mediators.With Orange G as the target pollutant simulated dye wastewater,GO and N-rGO activated monopersulfate(PMS)and the factors that promote the biodegradation of dyes by chemical methods and the biodegradation of Na2 S by anaerobic granular sludge,and the simulation of operation in UASB reactors.Firstly,different graphene materials GO and N-rGO were characterized and analyzed.Then,finished the dye degradation experiments.Graphene oxide(GO)to promote Na2 S reduction degradation obvious.The rate of dye increases with the increase of GO dosage,reaction system temperature and Na2 S concentration.The pH of the reaction system is too high,alkaline environment is not conducive to dye degradation,dye degradation in the neutral environment best,under acidic conditions the reaction can not be carried out;N-rGO / PMS system for dye Of the degradation has a good effect,the contrary graphene oxide(GO)/ PMS system degradation is not good.Dye degradation rate and N-rGO dosage,the reaction system was proportional.PMS concentration within a certain range with increasing concentration dye degradation better,when the PMS concentration is too large,dye degradation weakened.Graphene materials N-r GO and GO as redox mediators can significantly increase the efficiency of anaerobic degradation of activated sludge,which is higher than that of AGS alone.In the experiment of the reactor system,the degradation rate of azo dyes was positively correlated with the concentration of AGS and the dosage of carbonaceous materials.The degradation rate of original Orange G was maintained at about 40%.On the 30 th day,graphene GO N-rGO,the degradation rate of azo dyes increased to about 90%,the reactor effluent dye concentration was reduced to 8.32 mg / L.In summary,graphene materials as carbonaceous materials with redox properties,in the anaerobic degradation of dye wastewater sludge experiments played an accelerated electron transfer to accelerate the degradation of the dye,which has its own physical and chemical properties are closely related.
