Among the many methods of nitrogen oxide treatment,Selective Reduction Catalysis(SCR)has the advantages of high efficiency and mature technology,and is the most widely used method in the present industry.In the SCR system,the construction of the initial SCR catalyst accounted for 20% of the cost,and operating costs in the catalyst consumption is to occupy most of the cost.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the regeneration and recycling of the catalyst.At present,the process of using SCR to remove nitrate catalyst mainly includes two parts.First: SCR catalyst due to long-term use,catalyst poisoning resulted in catalyst deactivation and denitration efficiency greatly reduced,resulting in exhaust emissions can not be compliance,lose denitrification;second: SCR catalyst utilized due to long time at high temperature,mechanical strength decreased and breakage can not normally use.In the project,the crushed waste SCR catalyst were sieved,ultrasonic cleaning,pickling,alkali washing,study of vanadium SCR catalyst can be recycled,SCR production reached a new level of catalyst,mainly refers to the titanium,vanadium,tungsten,arsenic,sulfur,aluminum,iron,calcium,silicon,phosphorus,base this has reached the expected target.Screening can be effectively separated from waste catalyst and fly ash.The use of ultrasonic cleaning,can effectively remove pore blockage.Using 6% hydrochloric acid cleaning solution,and then 5% ammonia+5% ammonium carbonate cleaning,can be used SCR catalysts in arsenic,aluminum,iron,sodium,potassium,sulfur,calcium to reduce harmful components,silicon and other new products.Acid ammonium oxalate solution SCR catalyst after alkali treatment with 0.1~0.2moL/L and metavanadic,then soaked 1.0h,after heat treatment makes vanadium catalyst SCR returned to the level of new products.In this research,the SCR denitration catalyst application background,analyzes the feasibility and technique of SCR denitration catalyst regeneration project,research the performance of waste SCR denitration catalyst regeneration test,found in the comparison and the new SCR catalyst,SCR catalyst regeneration performance and new SCR the catalyst is small,can be used as a new catalyst in industrial production...
