The Microemulsion Preparation Of 30% Hexaconazol And Bupirimate Ethylicin

Hexaconazole is a triazole fungicide,sterol demethylation inhibitor.The mechanism and characteristics of Bupirimate is an adenine nucleoside deaminase inhibitors.it is an endoscoped fungicide.It has protective and therapeutic effects.This study through of Hexaconazole and Bupirimate in different proportion of combination in Uncinula cinerea,and choose the appropriate proportion of mixed preparation to field application technology research,the results showed that:1.Hexaconazole and Bupirimate Indoor formulation activity screening results showed:Hexaconazole and Bupirimate in five different proportion of combination have obvious improvement in Uncinula cinerea,the highest SR was 2.62 and EC₅₀ was 8.06?g/mL when Hexaconazole and Bupirimate mixed with 10:20.Its showed the obvious synergies effect.2.The formulation process of Hexaconazole and Bupirimate mixture preparation was studied.Choose the emulsifier and auxiliaries that are suitable for two original drugs.Its made the 30%Hexaconazole and Bupirimate microemulsion has a good emulsifying properties,low temperature and hot storage stability.3.The field experiment results show that:30%Hexaconazole and Bupirimate microemulsion has can be used as a prevention and control of Uncinula cinerea,in the aspect of prevention and control of grape powdery mildew is better than the domestic commonly used drugs.30%Hexaconazole and Bupirimate microemulsion has listed its phenol sulfonic acid ester active ingredients micro emulsion 75-150 mg/kg spray,spray 3 times in a row,7days after spray 3 times in Jiangxi test point,leaves control effect can reach 75.13%-87.13%,the fruit control effect can reach77.99%-89.19%;7 days after spray 3 times in Shaanxi test point,leaves control effect can reach 73.41%-85.46%,the fruit control effect can reach76.33%-88.02%.
