Chromatography theory and chromatographic technology comprehensive and rapid development,accumulated a large number of application practice,has been widely used.Supercritical fluid chromatography is an important complementary technique for liquid chromatography and gas chromatography,which can handle high boiling,nonvolatile samples.The chromatographic processing system is a collection,processing and transmission device for chromatographic signals that enable the acquisition,processing of experimental data and manipulation of the instrument.Based on the shortcomings of known chromatographic software at home and abroad,relying on the development of Internet technology and computer,this paper designs and develops a network server online chromatogram control and analysis system,instrument control and laboratory analysis integration platform.Based on the B/S architecture design,the chromatographic workstation uses the popular Django server application framework,and completes the core functions of data storage,rights management,system monitoring and analysis according to the distributed system architecture.In this paper,the chromatographic workstation realizes the dynamic acquisition and analysis of chromatographic data,that is,the combination of efficient dynamic concurrent processing model and basic algorithm.The consumer-producer model is used so that the data can be dynamically measured during the acquisition phase.Application of distributed task call module to perform algorithm task transfer,coupled server application and chromatographic algorithm.And through the daemon program to solve contradictions between the short connection in Web site and long connection between hardware and software.The overlapping peaks have a great influence on quantitative and qualitative analysis in chromatograph analysis.Because of multi-resolution analysis trait,dual-tree complex wavelet transform can be used for the decomposition of overlapping peaks.It overcomes the shortcomings of real wavelet,which was caused by intermittent sampling,such as oscillations,aliasing and lack of shift-invariance.The method of overlapping peaks resolution based on dual-tree complex wavelet energy difference was proposed in this paper.In order to test its effectiveness,the algorithm was used to resolve the overlapping peaks of simulated signals and experimental chromatogram.The results show the overlapping peaks resolved through proposed dual-tree complex wavelet transform are more accurate than common real wavelet transform,it can effectively separate the overlapping peaks,and can be used for quantitative and qualitative analysis in chromatograph analysis.
