With the improvement of people's living standards,the safety of food,especially crops,has attracted more and more attention.In recent years,pesticide residues and heavy metal analysis have become a very important research field,and the technology is receiving more and more attention.As one of famous Yongzhou characteristics of agricultural products "Jiang Yong five incense",Jiang Yong sweet-smelting ginger occupy a large market in the country,enjoy a high reputation in foreign countries,is an important export earnings.Sweet-smelting ginger now has become one of the leading industries of Jiangyong rich farmers.In this research,based on the literature review,the analysis methods of organophosphorus pesticides and heavy metals in ginger were studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)An analysis method for the organophosphorus pesticides residues in Jiang Yong sweet-smelting ginger by Gas Chromatography was established.The sample was extracted by acetonitrile solution containing 1% acetic acid,purified by anhydrous magnesium sulfate and sodium acetate,then separated with C18 chromatographic column,quantified by external standard method,and finally gas chromatography(GC)method was used to detect the organochlorine pesticide residues in the fragrant ginger.The results of six organochlorine pesticides showed good linear relationship,with correlation coefficients above 0.9964,at the concentration of 0~1 mg/L.The detection limits were 0.012~0.071 mg/kg,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were between 2.22% to 9.30%,and the recycling test sample of average recoveries were 68.0%~111%.This method has the merits of good purifying effects,high accuracy and precision.It can satisfy the requirement of pesticide residue detection.(2)An analysis method of Pb,Cd and Cr in Jiang Yong sweet-smelting ginger by ICP-MS was established.The ginger samples digested by microwave digestion.Under the optimized conditions,the samples were analyzed by ICP-MS with the three internal standard elements Re,In and Rh.The results were showed that all the correlation coefficients of calibration curves were above 0.9996.The detection limits of these elements range from 0.03 to 0.1ng/mL.In the recovery experiment controlled by adding standard substance,the recoveries range from 94% to 99%.The experiment showed that this method is simple,fast and of high sensitivity,which can meet the demand for the analysis of harmful elements in ginger.
