With the development of economy in our country,environment and energy are becoming more and more concerned.In the textile industry,there are many problems that is energy consumption in production and operation management,especially in air conditioning systems,energy loss up to 30%,while the air handled with water,the resistance produced by the breakwater occupies a large portion of the whole resistance produced by the air conditioning room.In our country,the breakwater is the proven product in the air conditioning system currently.butBut this does not mean that the function of the baffle has been very complete,But this does not mean that the function of the breakwater has been very completed.In the actual production,Through the use of the scene and the user’s experience,we found that the prevailing use of several breakwater still has some problems,such as energy consumption,and high water.Therefore,the Energy saving of the breakwater has no time to delay.In this paper,the resistance of the breakwater is analyzed,and its resistance formula is deduced firstly.Based on the Hasson ion diffusion model,the scale deposition rate is estimated by the Hasson ion diffusion model,and the annual cleaning cost is calculated as the objective function.Fouling thickness,and finally the formation of the basic conditions of input water quality will be able to come to scale cleaning cleaning model,the actual production has a certain significance.Then,the subject of the current use of a wide range of W-type breakwater and the snake-type breakwater was tested,we selected the textile spinning workshop with most representativeness of the spray chamber as the test points,mainly from the water and the water resistance of the two And made a series of charts based on the test data of these two aspects,according to the trend of the chart to evaluate the performance of these two kinds of retaining plates,and on this basis,combined with these two forms of retaining plate On the advantages and disadvantages,the introduction of new forms of retaining plate,its test,according to the data to verify its performance superiority..Passing the test,we got the following data:(1)the resistance coefficient of W-type water retaining plate is in the range of 12 to 14;the resistance coefficient of snake-type water-retaining plate is in the range of 8 to 12,and the(2)resistance coefficient of 90-degree gaffer is three kinds of water-Minimum,the resistance coefficient remained at between 4 to 7;(3)In the wind speed basically the same conditions,W-type water resist in the 190 ~210Pa between the snake-type breakwater in the resistance between 150 ~ 180 Pa,90 °herringbone water resistance is the three retaining The smallest breakwater,basically in the100 ~ 130 Pa.The 90 ° sheer breakwater produces 48% less resistance than the W-type breakwater;the 90 ° sheer breakwater is 39% less water than the snake-type breakwater.
