The medical incubator is an important carrier for the cold chain transportation of Medicine.Due to the particularity of medical goods,the temperature of the incubator must be maintained at 2?-8?.In order to ensure the internal temperature of the right medicine incubator requirements,taking into account the cost and material properties and other factors,choose suitable thermal insulation material and ctesms is very important.during the transportation.The cost of the experiment is high and the experiment is tedious.Using the computer simulation technology can greatly reduce the cost.Taking the thermal insulation requirements of the medicine incubator at 2?-8?as the evaluation standard,the FLUENT is applied to carry out the following theoretical and experimental research.(1)An independent thermal insulation experiment was carried out on a medical incubator in a constant temperature and constant humidity box.The overall solution of the solid region(ctesms and incubator)and gas(air)the combination of heat transfer and the physical model,mathematical model and boundary condition of the numerical simulation calculation of this type of incubator are established,and the experiment process is simulated with FLUENT software.The simulation results are very close to the temperature field in the actual experiment,which proves that FLUENT can simulate the temperature field inside the incubator truly and accurately.(2)Select the coolant phase change temperature at 0?,3?,5?and7?respectively,based on the above model of the internal insulation box temperature field was simulated and analyzed.On the basis of the insulation requirements of medicine incubator 2?-8?,3?for 4 cases of ctesms can obtain effective temperature maximum area.At the same time,4 groups of different ctesms placement is also simulated.The results show that the “edge side” has the worst thermal insulation effect and can not satisfy the heat preservation requirement,and the effective temperature area of the “top side” is the largest and the temperature distribution is the most uniform,which is the best of the 4 groups.(3)According to the special requirements of the hospital insulation box,we select XPS,EPU and VIP as the use material of the incubator and use the above model for numerical simulation and analysis.The results showed that the best thermal insulation effect is incubator of VIP,and the temperature in the area closest to the ctesms temperature.But from the temperature coordinate curve,we can see that the temperature difference between the VIP incubator and the XPS and EPU incubator is not the same in the same area.The advantage of VIP incubator is not very obvious.
