With the accelerating process of urbanization in our country and the improvement of people's living quality,China's food consumption structure has undergone tremendous changes.People's increasing demand for fresh and frozen foods has driven the rapid development of cold chain logistics.As the main body of cold chain logistics,the cold storage incubator's packaging structure and insulation performance is very important.This paper analyzes the cold storage incubator's structure size and the energy storage material positions.In this paper,using the computational fluid dynamics theory establish energy analysis,kinematic analysis and dynamic analysis on the cold air inside the oven.In this paper,optimizing the cold chain insulation packaging system structure,studying the cold chain insulation incubator pre-cooling temperature and duration,and providing theoretical and experimental basis for the standardization of cold chain insulation incubator system.Major work:(1)Analysis the composition of the cold storage incubator structure,includes the analysis of the cold storage mechanism,the thermal insulation mechanism and the heat transfer mechanism.(2)Fluent software was used to establish the computational fluid dynamic model of medical cold storage incubator,according to the calculation results using the standard k-? model for the computation to obtain.(3)Optimize the structure of thermal insulation packaging system,and study the effect of energy storage plate positions on temperature uniformity.(4)Based on the influence of insulation packaging testing methods on the insulation effect of cold chain thermal insulation packaging system,the comparative test is proposed to complete the improvement of testing methods.
