China is a big producer of wool clothing.Wool has a special scale structure,which has felted,seriously affecting the style and dimensional stability of the wool fabric.At present,anti-felting finishing of wool mostly adopts chlorination-polymer process,which produces AOX pollution.With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements both at home and abroad,no AOX wool finishing process has drawn more and more attention.In this paper,we studied the activation of PMS by using peroxymonosulfate(PMS)as a non-AOX anti-felting agent and developed two anti-felting processes of wool tops to study the mechanism of PMS modification on wool.AOX anti-felting finishing process provides a better production program and a certain degree of industrial guidance.First of all,based on the study of the anti-felting finishing of PMS fabric in the early stage of the research group,in the aspect of oxidative modification,the effect of peroxomonosulfate treatment on wool is not enough.Based on the previous PMS treatment of wool,And heating to activate PMS,combined with the directional friction effect,fiber strength,whiteness and other service properties and SEM fiber surface morphology,analysis of different activation mode in the role of oxidized wool and the impact.Secondly,in terms of polymer coating,aiming at the characteristics of the surface of wool after PMS treatment,we tried the two-step wool top treatment combined with PMS treatment,and combined with the change of felting property,Polymers---Polyethyleneimine(PEI).PMS-PEI two-step finishing system was used to investigate the effect of PEI padding solution,p H of PEI padding solution,polymer curing temperature and baking time on the wool shrinkability and to optimize these process conditions.A two-step top-perm sulfate(PMS)-polyethyleneimine(PEI)continuous anti-felting process was developed.Finally,the traditional chlorinated wool finishing production process was analyzed.In order to upgrade the production line,PMS continuous oxidation modified finishing process of heat-activated tops was improved.The high-efficiency short-course anti-felting finishing process of wool topsheets was proposed.PMS concentration in the process,PMS treatment solution p H,PMS treatment temperature,Na2SO3 concentration,Na2SO3 treatment temperature and other process parameters orthogonal experiment and further optimize the time factor.By analyzing the directional friction effect of wool,shrinking ball grade,fiber strength,whiteness,wettability and other indicators,combined with the wool surface morphology and chemical groups change,to explore the wool tops PMS high efficiency short-flow anti-shrinkage Finishing process.
