China is a big beekeeping country in the world, bee products as people's daily very important food and medicine health products, domestic demand and external sales increased. The safety of bee products has been paid more and more attention, especially veterinary drug residues such as antibiotic residues and hormone residues have become one of the most important factors affecting the quality and safety of bee products.Veterinary drug residues not only harm human health, but also destroy the ecological environment. Therefore, the government attaches great importance to the strict monitoring and control of veterinary drug residues in bee products. At present, there are many methods for the detection of veterinary drug residues in bee products research reports, but on the glucocorticoid residue detection method to study less,so the establishment of a method is simple, rapid and accurate has important significance. In this study, honey and royal jelly were selected as the research object, and the corresponding Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Tandem Mass Spectrometry method was established. The main contents are as follows:1.A method was developed for the determination of seven Glucocorticoids residues in honey by Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Tandem Mass Spectrometry. The samples were hydrolyzed with the ammonium acetate(pH 5.2)buffer solution and ?-Glucuronidase/Arylsulfatase,37?thermostat for 16h.The samples were extracted by ethyl acetate and purified by HLB solid phase extraction column, and detected by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Tandem Mass Spectrometry. The method showed good linearities in the range of 0?g/kg?20?g/kg.In the experiment, spiked at the levels of 2.5,5 and 10 ?g/kg,the spiked recoveries ranged from 78.2%to 92.3%with relative standard deviations was less than 12.8%,the limits of quantification(LOQ)was 2.5?g/kg.2.A method was developed for the determination of seven Glucocorticoids residues in royal jelly by Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Tandem Mass Spectrometry. The samples were hydrolyzed with the ammonium acetate(pH 5.2)buffer solution and P-Glucuronidase/Arylsulfatase,37? thermostat for 16h.Some proteins were removed by ultrasonic extraction of methanol and purified by HLB solid phase extraction column and NH3 solid phase extraction column, and detected by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Tandem Mass Spectrometry. The method showed good linearities in the range of 0?g/kg?80?g/kg.In the experiment, spiked at the levels of 10,20 and 40 ?g/kg,the spiked recoveries ranged from 84.7%to 100%with relative standard deviations was less than 9.9%,the limits of quantification(LOQ)was 10?g/kg.
