At present,as a Chinese prior development industry,textile industry must carry out the five new concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing" to guide the textile industry to new heights.Because of the wefting insertion method on the weft loom,each weft yarn must be cut off,the edges of the cloth produced are rough selvedges,which should be processed.It resulted in the waste of materials.And the pure pneumatic folding device solves the problem of the cloth side.It has been better promoted because of its high efficiency and energy saving characteristics.On the basis of a large number of experiments,predecessors were greatly improving the performance of the pure pneumatic folding device.There was no further study on yarn's motion law in invagination with the fluid-structure interaction mechanism of yarn and airflow.In this paper,the research object is testing device of pure pneumatic tucker.It combined with the fluid-structure interaction numerical simulation and the camera shot experiment,study on the movement of yarn in the whole process of invagination under the effect of oblique airflow and folding airflow,then lucubrate mechanism of pure pneumatic tucker.These tasks on the weft insertion system can be obtained as follows:1.Fluid-structure interaction numerical simulation.Yarn's structure model and fluid model of oblique and folding airflow are modeled.Meanwhile,use fluid-structure interaction numerical simulation to simulate the interaction between yarn and airflow.Then Combined with the simulation results,the characteristics of the air flow around the yarn are analyzed to study on action mechanism between yarn and airflow.At same time,the simulation results of different length of yarn in the same structure parameters are analyzed.2.The camera shot experiment.Firstly,it is optimized by the pure pneumatic folding device,and the pure pneumatic folding device testing device is designed to build the experimental platform based on the device.PLC control oblique blow and fold into the opening of the air,and use the camera to the yarn in the inclined blowing and fold into the air flow under the fold into action,analysis in the real case motion law of the yarns in the folding process,and compared with the simulation results.At the same time,the yarn of different length is folded into the experiment,and its folding effect is analyzed.
