With the improvement of the living standard and fitness sports,physical fitness exercise was rapidly promoted and favored by more and more people,at the same time,it put forward higher requirements on the functional and comfortable clothing.Runninghad become a popular sport as a measure to improve cardiopulmonary function,strengthen the body bone and muscle exercise,besides there is no technology and special site requirements.However,the knee is more vulnerable to be damaged because of the movement characteristics of hinge structure and repeated flexion extension,and it became a hot area of research.Research on sports protection,had been concentrated in a sport suit,was thought to improve exercise capacity,reduce resistance,reduce fatigue,and can reduce the effect of the injury,but there is no research on the relationship between sports injury and tight compression,and protection effecthad ignored considering the comfort effectaccording to the study.The purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanism of knee joint fixation during running,and to provide a systematic evaluation method and to predict the optimal pressure threshold of knee pads for running exercise.This paper has reviewed and summarized on the clothing protection function,the impact on the human body,a tight compression threshold of the domestic and foreign research and the related theory about 3D motion capture technology and knee injury.The dynamic theory and method,the X(flexion angle),Y(development angle),Z(spin internal rotation angle)bythe knee joint 3D motion capture technology and dynamic compressionof running processare consideredas evaluation index.The 24 girls are selected as experimental objectat the age of(22+3)years old,height(1.60+0.13)m,weight(50+2)kg and meet women's health standard knee35cmbythe non-contact 3D body scanner of American[TC]~2,the knee tight compressionin the process of runningis measured by using Pliance sensor system,three-dimensional motion angles are measured by Qualisys Track Manager optical motion capture system,at the same time,comfort subjective evaluations are asked by the people during the running process.According to the data of tight compression and comfort subjective evaluation of running process,tightness and knee joint angle were analyzed,it shows that the tight compression is an important index of knee joint fixed protection,and represents the evaluation standard of knee joint protective fixation effect under different tight compression and movement speed.The fixed effect saturation model for tight compression is establishedby multivariate analysis of variance effect of the 3D knee angle influenced by tight compression and running speed to analysis the tightcompression effect onthree kneeangles ofknee joint.The results show that running ismainly in the knee flexion and extension movements duringa complete running cycle.The flexion angle of coronal motion is the most significant,and the swing phase peak is greater than the support stage;Adduction and abduction angle and rotation angle is reducedwith the increase of compression,further interpretation of tight compression limit on the knee joint activities with the increase of running speed.The tight compression range is determined by the analysis of LSD multiple comparison and single factor variance analysis by furtherregard compression and running speed as control variables,the data of maximum and minimumknee joint angle and activity as observation variables.Combined with the comfortable compression range of knee joint,the optimum pressure range of tight running exercise knee pads is 2.1528kpa-2.5503kpa.By using Python programming,the relationship between sports knee and knee joint tight compression 3D spatial data is established,the intelligent evaluation and recommendation system of running protective knee pads for clothing compression was designed,and a multi-function protection monitoring knee was developed.The study reveals the mechanism of the effect of knee joint fixation theoretically,it reveals the mechanism of protective effects of knee fixed effects.The tight compression should be controlled to satisfy both protective and comfort effectin the development of running knee.It provides a better reference to produce motor protection products for the textile and garment industry.
