In recent years,due to their unique advantages,a series of hard processing materials are widely used in the production and life,such as high temperature alloy and composite material.Iin addition,aerospace and military industry increasingly strict with hole machining of precision parts.So traditional drilling processing methods cannot meet the requirements.However,the axial ultrasonic vibration drilling technology can well solve these problems and is widely used in many fields due to its simple equipment,low cost,high machining efficiency and good processing quality.Based on the idea that realize axial ultrasonic vibration drilling on the ordinary lathe,this project studied the advantages of the axial ultrasonic vibration drilling compared with the ordinary drilling from three aspects:the design of the axial ultrasonic vibration drilling system,the modal analysis of drilling system and the experiment of axial ultrasonic vibration drilling.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,this project studied the development background,and deeply analyzed the research present situation in domestic and foreign and the existing problems of the axial ultrasonic vibration drilling technology.Secondly,this project further studied the theory of the axial ultrasonic vibration drilling machining,analyzed the movement character of the axial ultrasonic vibration drilling technology,and determined the mode of motion of the axial ultrasonic vibration drilling in this topic combined with the existing experimental conditions.Thirdly,according to the existing laboratory equipment,this project completed the design of the axial ultrasonic vibration drilling system,determined the shape,size,and cooperate relationship of the components,and done kinematics simulation on this system.Fourthly,according to the model of the axial ultrasonic vibration drilling,the modal simulation is carried out using the finite element software ABAQUS,and analyzed of the structure natural frequency and vibration mode.Fifthly,the machining experiments is done in this paper using self-designed axial ultrasonic vibration drilling system respectively on the 45 steel and high-temperature alloy,and contrast analyzed the processing quality of the two kinds of different processing methods,verified some advantages of the axial ultrasonic vibration drilling compared with the ordinary drilling.
