Through the theory of vibration cutting and conventional drilling theory research,elaborated on the machining mechanism of axial vibration drilling holes, namely to drill or workpiece exert some kind of regular exercise, make the process of drilling bit and artifacts periodically contact and separation, thus forming a pulse type cutting force waveform,effectively improve the performance of drilling. For axial vibration drilling of excellent performance, established the dynamic model of axial vibration drilling, and cutting characteristics of thickening, variable speed cutting characteristics, machining accuracy,vibration anti-friction mechanism analysis of the vibration drilling chip breaker in essence reveals the chip removal ability, small exit burr, long bit life and drilling in positioning with high precision and surface quality of the hole.Based on the basic theory of axial vibration drilling, the design and processing a set of axial ultrasonic vibration drilling test apparatus. Key components using Ansys workbench software of device, the paper studied the dynamic performance of the amplitude, comply with the design requirements of the amplitude is given the best size. Thickness as the 10 mm of Q235 steel plate as test artifacts, the pore size of 1mm ordinary drilling compared with axial ultrasonic vibration drilling test. Qualitative analysis of two kinds of test processing effect,and found that the axial ultrasonic vibration drilling the hole, the bit life and the quality of the chip breaker chip removal ability were higher than normal drilling. Based on single factor test method the pore diameter of 1 mm axial ultrasonic vibration drilling test, the system research and the spindle speed, feed on top and bottom side aperture size, surface roughness and export burr hole size rule, the influence of vibration drilling follow-up study provides certain reference.
