The landfill leachate is high concentration organic wastewater from garbage incineration power plant,which is garbage ripening in the storage pit fermentation fermentation after a period of time.Its features include:(1)the high concentration of organic matter,high water quality change;(2)compared with the landfill leachate produced during the landfill,the leachate's biodegradability produced by the incineration method is better than that of the landfill leachate;(3)the color is darker and has a foul smell;(4)imbalance of nutrient elements,etc.Landfill leachate will cause a great potential harm on the surrounding environment.If not properly handled,it will seriously pollute the soil and rivers,and organic pollutants from the leachate will make the surrounding water quality deterioration,organic pollutants can be spread through the food chain and enrichment,directly endangering human's health.Therefore,the effective treatment of landfill leachate has gained wide attention.This study take landfill leachate from garbage incineration power plant of Hefei as the object of the research.Through field investigation and laboratory analysis to diagnosis the main problems and solutions of anaerobic unit when treating the landfill leachate.And through the test in laboratory,study the shock load problem of anaerobic technological,to promote the poor ability of anaerobic technology processing load and processing efficiency and guarantee the efficiency and shock load capacity of anaerobic treatment.The laboratory test use a condition of continuous-flow,on the left side of the UASB reactor(L reactor)start run after adding the 500 ml of pumice,the right of the UASB reactor(R reactor)without pumice,other operation parameters is the same.The operation stage of UASB includes: trial operation stage,load improvement stage,load reduction stage.There are six operating conditions in the load improvement phase,and the operating parameters of the operating conditions are changed by adjusting the inlet flow and the CODCr concentration.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the operation data of garbage incineration power in the past,we can found that UASB anaerobic tank's temperature fluctuating range is larger,it will has impact to the microbial community structure and stability in reactor and reduce the activity of the sludge and make the UASB anaerobic tank is unable to run at full capacity;Ammonia nitrogen concentration in the raw water is as high as 2000 mg/L,the toxic effects of high concentrations of ammonia nitrogen will produce inhibite on the biological activity of microbes in the anaerobic unit,and makes a serious imbalance between microbial nutrients ratio;The fluctuation of water temperature in the reactor and the high concentration of ammonia nitrogen result to low sludge activity and unstable sludge structure,the results also showed that the concentration of the water CODCr of the 2#UASB anaerobic tank was high.(2)By simulate the scence condition,under the conditions of 35±2 ? inoculation sludge digester dehydration and the effective volume of 4.5 L handle garbage leachate UASB reactor,to study removal of UASB reactor on leachate.The results showed that the removal rate of CODCr increased from 19.8% to more than 90% when the reactor was running to the 28 th day,and the volume load was 0.46 kg CODCr/m3·d.By adjusting the CODCr concentration of inflow water and rate of inflow gradually improved UASB reactor volume load.When the volume load about 28.2 kg CODCr/m3·d,the CODCr removal rate is fall to 83.4%.The reduction stage of load decreases the concentration and inflow of water,and the removal rate of CODCr is gradually recovered to more than 90% after the load decreases.Therefore,the optimal working condition of the reactor is working condition of five,when the hydraulic stay time is 10.2h and the inflow is 4.1 m L/min and the average removal rate of CODCr is 93.8%.(3)Through the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum study of DOM in the process of leachate treatment and the results show that the reactor inlet DOM in regional ?,regional ? and regional ? has obvious fluorescence peak,respectively main composed of protein tyrosine protein fluorescence material,tryptophan fluorescence material,soluble microbial metabolites of fluorescent material.The DOM of effluent treated by UASB reactor in the changes of fluorescence intensity,regional ?,regional ? and ?(Em <380 nm)of the fluorescence intensity has a certain degree of weakened,regional ?,?(Em >380 nm)of fluorescence intensity had obvious enhancement.It is shown that the protein fluorescence material ability of the anaerobic microorganisms in the reactor is better than that of the fluorescence substances of fuli acid and the fluorescence of humic acid.(4)By contrastive study,the effect of the CODCr treatment on the UASB reactor was studied.The results showed that the time of granule sludge was reduced by 14 days compared with the R reactor with no pumice.In the same experimental condition,the removal rate of the CODCr in the reactor was helped by the addition of pumice,but the increase was not great.(5)Though the gene library technology to study the microbial community of sludge sample.It is discovered that the dominant bacteria mainly is sludge bacteria and eubacterium,syntrophomonas sp.,thauera sp.,beta proteobacterium,Firmicutes bacterium.
