With the increase of urban populationã€the expansion of the city and the improvement ofliving-condition in China. So living garbage is increasing quickly. Then the landfill-leachatethat produced by garbage was serious pollutting environment. So, landfill-leachate treatmentand disposal has become important work in Chinese environmental research.The experiment researched about that to adopted combined technology of coagulation-UASB for pre-processed the landfill-leachate. The influent is SS:800~1400mg/Lã€COD:5000~7500mg/Lã€NH3-N:400~560mg/Lã€TN:520~710mg/Lã€TP:10~22mg/L.The experiment primarily studied the effects of coagulation-UASB system to treatmentlandfill-leachate. First, by studied the coagulation of the pharmaceutical quantityã€mixed-rateand mixed-time for treatment effect of coagulation. Find the optimal process parameters.Second begin to UASB reactor start-up experiment. When the UASB stable operation, studiedthe influenced factors of temperatureã€HRTã€liquid rise speed of UASB and N/P ratio fortreatment effect of UASB. And select the best parameters by orthogonal. Last, explore the effectof the system treatment leachate. The experimental results showed that:1) On condition that the water temperature is15~22℃, when add to100mg/L PAC and0.8mg/L PAM, mixed-rate is140r/min, mixed-time is25~30min, the best treatment results: theaverage of SSã€COD removal respectively is64%ã€40%, then the NH3-Nã€TN and TPremoval efficiency are20.6%ã€24%ã€56.6%.2) When the temperature is35℃in UASB. Pumped leachate that treatmented bycoagulation into UASB after Seed sludge adds into it. Low-Influent on the condition forCOD:N:P=200:5:1.When COD removal is50%~60%, influent-loading began to increase by0.3KgCOD/(m~3·d). After65days, the UASB can treatment the5000mg/L of COD reach to about75%, in addition, generate methane gas is2.6L/h.The sludge of UASB has good settleability,moreover, some of granular sludge of size of0.2~0.4mm in ractor’s bottom3) The organic-loading of UASB came to6.5Kg/(m~3.d) when the UASB successfully start-up. Not only COD removal is above75%, but also the UASB can bear strong influent-loading.4) When the UASB was keeping35~40℃, liquid rise speed is0.4~0.5m/h, HRT is60hours and N/P is6-10, the average of SSã€COD removal respectively is70.4%ã€74.6%. 5) The experimental results showed that the coagulation-UASB system can pre-processedthe landfill-leachate well. The SSã€CODã€NH3-Nã€TN and TP removal efficiency is89%ã€84.2%ã€41%ã€47%ã€71.4%by this system. Provide a influent-guarantee for follow-uptreatment process. |
