As a typical material of the third generationsemiconductors,SiC has goodmechanical properties,hydrophilic properties,thermal properties as well as good optical properties and electrical properties.Generally,SiC materialincludes zero-dimensional materials,one-dimensional materials,two-dimensional materials and three-dimensional materials.Three-dimensional Si C material not only possesses the merits of one-dimensional materials and two-dimensional materials,such as high mechanical strength,good wear resistance,excellent chemical properties and good thermal stability,but also has some special performance,such as higher specific surface area,higher light absorption efficiency,faster interface charge transfer rate and adjustable charge transfer capability.These make the SiC three-dimensional material has a wider range of applications than other materials and attracts more and more people's attention.Therefore,in order to meet the growing needs of each area,developing a variety of methods directly or indirectly to the synthesis SiC three-dimensional materials have attractted a lot of the researchers'interest.So far,the methods to synthesis SiC three-dimensional materials are mainly include infiltration method,pumping filter blank,vacuum forming combined with sintering method,gel casting method,chemical vapor deposition method,and carbon thermal reduction method.Among all of these methods,the carbothermal reduction method is widely used due to the available raw materials and large output.The focus of this paper is mainly on the following aspects.1.We prepared the silicon carbide fiber by the carbothermal reduction methodusing sucrose and tetraethyl orthosilicate as the carbon source and silicon source of the reaction respectively,and explored the factors that explored the required temperature range,the use of catalyst and other factors on carbonation Silicon fiber and skeleton structure.At the same time,the influence of the acidity and alkalinity of tetraethyl ester hydrolysis catalyst on the structure of the material was also discussed.2.We investigated the influence of the catalyst and the order of adding hydrolysis accelerator for the preparation process of the SiC 3D network under the condition that the phenolic resin and tetraethyl orthosilicate were used as the carbon source and silicon source of carbothermal reduction at 1300 ~oC.We have also explained the formation mechanism of SiC 3D network.In addition,the photoluminescence properties and electrical properties of SiC 3D network werestudied.3.We used glycerol to passivate the SiC 3D network,and studied the photoluminescence properties of the modified SiC 3D network.At the same time,we also explain the photoluminescence mechanism of the material after the passivation of glycerol.
