Intestinal probiotics is made based on the principle of the intestinal microecology can regulate the intestinal micro ecological balance,improve the level of human health,animal and host plants of the artificial cultivation of bacteria and their metabolites or improve the health status of normal flora and its metabolites and selectively promote the normal growth of bacteria.Lactobacillus casei has good resistance to acid and bile,can reduce plasma cholesterol,enhance the host of nonspecific microbial pathogen resistance,accelerate the removal of intestinal pathogens,treatment of intestinal flora disturbance and enhance intestinal permeability,thereby preventing food allergy and acute diarrhea.Lactobacillus casei can also resist the increase of low density oxidized lipoprotein antibody and lymphocyte,which can make the cell's eosinophilia more obvious,regulate the host's immunity and prevent the tumor from producing.Lactobacillus casei used in this paper can be produced for gram positive bacteria and some gram negative bacteria have broad-spectrum inhibitory effect of antibacterial substances of bacteriocin,especially for Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella,Escherichia coli,Listeria bacteria Lester has obvious inhibitory effect,and the value of good stability in 3.05.5 in the range of pH,and has good thermal stability.It also has good tolerance of gastric juice,intestinal juice,bile and salt tolerance.The experimental results show that L.casei TCCC502 and L.casei TCCC503 was 1.5 in artificial gastric juice can still grow slowly in pH,in the pH value of the role of 2.54.5 in the artificial gastric juice after a period of time,there is a growth trend,keep high activity.The role of TCCC502 L.casei in artificial intestinal juice after a period of time,number of live bacteria in 10.1610.96?logarithm?between L.casei TCCC503 in 10.2110.5?numerical?.At the same time,tolerance to trypsin digestion was better,the living bacteria number in more than 1010growth in 2.5g/L/mL;bile salt;strains 24h,Lactobacillus casei growth with NaCl concentration increased,the concentration of 7.5%can still grow.When the concentration was 8%,the strain could hardly grow.In addition,it has been proved that lactobacillus lactobacillus has a good inhibitory effect on some low temperature bacteria and spoilage bacteria,which can effectively regulate the balance of bacteria in the intestinal tract.With 10%skimmed milk powder as cryoprotector,CaCl2,chitosan?0.5%?and acetic acid?1%?as curing agent and 2%fructose excipients,with 2%sodium alginate and 3%calcium chloride as the embedding material,with gelatin and porous starch as wall by spray drying method dry bacterium powder embedding the microcapsule of Lactobacillus casei frozen.Microcapsules in simulated gastric juice 2.5h,absorbance gradually stabilized,the release amount of lactic acid bacteria reached the maximum value is 0.1,the microcapsules are transferred to the simulated intestinal fluid,the release rate and the release quantity of Lactobacillus increased significantly.When the environmental humidity was 33%,the number of Lactobacillus survived was 5×105,7.9×106,4.0×107?2.5×106 cfu/g.With the increase of relative humidity?from 33%to 97%?,the number of live bacteria in the samples decreased obviously.For the sample S3,the number of viable bacteria could reach 2.5×104 cfu/g when the humidity was 97%.Lactobacillus casei microcapsule as protected by sodium alginate capsule material in gastric juice release rate and the release rate is very low,but the arrival rate and the release amount of juice were significantly increased.This shows that Lactobacillus casei in microcapsules can be released greatly in the human intestine,which is conducive to its colonization and play a role in the intestinal tract.In addition,animal experiments have proved that Lactobacillus casei has a good inhibitory effect on some spoilage bacteria and low temperature bacteria,and can effectively adjust the flora balance in the intestinal tract.This paper selected Lactobacillus casei preparation intestinal micro ecological regulator,the growth performance of antibacterial activity of gastrointestinal environment tolerance was analyzed and the temperature and pH system of small scale fermentation effect on yield,further explore the microcapsule preparation obtained by Lactobacillus casei microcapsule preparation and performance analysis the.
