The technology level and the development of precision and ultra-precision machining technology have great impact on the level of a country's manufacturing industry and the development of national defense industry;therefore,all countries attach great importance to this area.Machine stability and precision directly affect the quality of ultra-precision machining and precision,so people put forward higher requirements on the precision ultra-precision machine tools,hoping it has excellent stability and excellent vibration and noise reduction performance.Traditional materials cannot meet the need of precision and ultra-precision machining,therefore,people need a new machine tool material which has good mechanical properties,better vibration reduction performance and excellent corrosion resistance property.PTFE was chosen to be the matrix material for its excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance property.High purity quartz sand and alumina ceramic microspheres were chosen as the aggregate.Hollow glass microsphere and nanoalumina were chosen as the filler.The preparation process of materials,the reinforcing effect of coupling agent,the properties of the materials and the ANSYS analysis of the material were researched in this paper.Firstly,the material type of the matrix,aggregate and filler were chosen.Secondly,the preparation process of materials was developed in this paper.The scanning electron microscope,the X-ray spectrometer,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and universal testing machine were used to prove the reinforcing effect of the coupling agent.Then,the water absorption rate,mechanical properties and damping property of the six kind of materials were tested.Finally,the three-dimensional model of the composite was established,and the tensile stress field of the material was analyzed by using ANSYS.The preparation process and the performance test results of the materials had laid the foundation for the following research work.The analysis of the tensile stress field of the material by using ANSYS provided a direction for the optimization of the process.
