Since the emergence of nanotechnology, more and more Namo materials have been a very good devlopment.The nano-silica is a kind of nano-materials, with more and more ways to get it. Currently, nano-silicon has become a particularly useful inorganic materials. However, various preparation methods have definite shortcomings, therefore, it is necessary to take in-depth study about the method of its system.In the alcohol-water mixed solvents, ammonia as catalyst, TEOS as silica source, through the sol-gel process, monodisperse spherical nano-particles. Silica has been prepared. In the process of preparation of spherical nano-silica particles, the demand of reaction conditions is particularly high. During the reaction, if the temperature and the reaction of species is different, it will affect the resultant of the reaction—nanosilica.Metal Ag is an important inorganic materials, which has a very good application prospects in catalysis, superconductivity and other fields. nano-Ag particles have become a hot topics in the research field of nano-materials because of their unique optical, electrical, magnetic and catalytic properties, as well as widely used in the field of antibiotic. Nano-Ag particles are usually loaded on the surface of some materials, leaving the surface of the material has the characteristics of nano-Ag particles, which is a simple and effective method of Ag-doped particles prepared by nano-materials, including the Ag/TiO2, Ag/ZnO such as nano-composites. Nano-SiO2 is amorphous and a non-toxic, tasteless, non-polluting non-metallic materials, because of its unique advantages, has been widely used as a carrier to prepare a variety of nano-composite materials such as polymer composites, electronic packaging materials, catalysts and Pharmaceutical carrier composite materials and so on. However, because of the higher activity of nano-Ag particles, prevalence of family reunion is more serious, even with a small and well dispersed Ag nano-particles, the problem of insufficient stability is also prevalent in the application process. In the Preparation research of nano-Ag-doped SiO2 composite particles materials, to effectively prevent agglomeration of nanoparticles and to control size in the needed range, as well as to maintain stability have always been one of the key issues during the study.Based on the preparation of spherical silica, provide a new method of Ag/SiO2 nano-composite particles, namely the sol-gel method, the formation of SiO2 process, using the special structure of coupling silane agent KH-550, Ag will be distributed on the SiO2 surface evenly, then through the reduction of formaldehyde, the system doped with nano-Ag Hybrid SiO2 composite particles will be got eventually. This preparation method not only shortens the reaction cycle, but also improved the SiO2 network effectively, controlled the agglomeration of composite particles, so that the size of prepared Ag nano-particle is small, the distribution is uniform, analyzed formation mechanism of Ag-doped SiO2 composite particle, combined with XRD, TEM, FT-IR means analyzed and characterized the obtained samples, studied the morphology structure of the composite particles, provided an important practical application reference information of the Ag-doped SiO2 composite material...
