The stability detection methods of heavy oil include spot detection method,P value method,mixing experiment,ASTM D7061-12 standard test method,etc.ASTM D7061-12 standard provides a method for testing the stability of the heavy oil.This method has been more widely used in the refinery and heavy oil supply and demand in business because of easy operation,short testing time,reliable testing results.However,there are some problems that need to be optimized in the standard.Some factors in the standard will affect the accuracy of the test results.However,the standard does not give the impact of these factors on the test results.Therefore,we need to explore these factors and optimize the standard.In this thesis we use ASTM D7061-12 standard as the research object.First,through the study of the standard we can get the factors that influence the test results.Then we use experiment to study the influence law of the factors.Finally we can optimize the standard.The standard requires a stability detector to detect the stability of heavy oil.The thesis optimizes the control strategy of the detector motion control part and develops the remote control system based on the Android system and Bluetooth.The main contents of this thesis are divided into 6 chapters,which are summarized as follows:In chapter 1,the thesis introduces the characteristics,application and stability of heavy oil.The stability detection methods of heavy oil are introduced in detail and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared.This thesis summarizes the research objectives of the project and puts forward the research contents.In chapter 2,the detection process and principle of ASTM D7061-12 detection method are introduced.The thesis analyzes theoretically of the stability of heavy oil and gets the conclusion that the problem of heavy oil stability can be reduced to the sedimentation of asphalt.Through the study on the sedimentation mechanism of asphalt,the factors that influence the test results are obtained.In this thesis,these factors are divided into three parts and theoretical analysis is made on these factors.In chapter 3,the above influencing factors are studied experimentally.The effects of various factors on the test results are obtained by experiments on different stability oil samples and the detection method is optimized.In chapter 4,firstly,the thesis introduces the problems of stepping motor control strategy in motion control module of stability detector and the influence of these problems on test results.Then,the control strategy of stepping motor is optimized to obtain precise control strategy.In chapter 5,the thesis introduces the development environment and development steps of Bluetooth remote control system based on Android system.The system is mainly divided into four modules,writing each module's application and finally getting the whole system.The system is being debugged and tested.In chapter 6,the main research contents and conclusions of the thesis are summarized and the future research is prospected.
