In this study,high bonding strength acrylic ester copolymer,tackifying resin modified acrylic ester copolymer,plant polyphenol modified acrylate copolymer,acrylate modified starch graft copolymer and protein graft copolymer were prepared by using acrylate,tackifying resin,starch and protein.The relationship between the composition of the emulsion and the performances of the emulsion such as the particle size distribution,the contact angle,the peeling strength and the viscosity were studied.In the first chapter,The composition of acrylic ester,the content of cross-linking agent,the variety together with dosage of functional monomer,the solid content and so on,and is associated with emulsion properties were tested.Which in order to synthesize polyacrylate emulsion with high bonding property.It was discovered that the modified monomer(GDT)replaced a portion of the methyl methacrylate synthesis of emulsion,which the peeling strength of paper/plastic reached to 0.45 KN/m.With approach to the equivalent imported commercial gel,nevertheless its cost only a half of the latter.In the second chapter,with a view to improve the adhesive property of the emulsion,the polyacrylate emulsion was modified with tackifying resin.The influence on the types of thickening resins and their combinations on the properties of emulsions were studied,the formulation and synthesis of tackifying resin modified polyacrylate emulsion with high bonding strength and friendliness were determined.The formulation and synthesis of tackifying resin modified polyacrylate emulsion with high adhesion and friendliness were determined.In the third chapter,The adhesion enhance effects of modified plant polyphenols developed in the laboratory on the polyacrylic acid ester emulsion were investigated.The results showed that when the content of plant polyphenol was 5%and the solid content of emulsion was 50%,the peel strength among paper/plastic interface of plant polyphenol modified polyacrylate emulsion was better than that of some similar imported glue,and it's cost is much lower.In the fourth chapter,based on the former research,improving the performance of the original starch grafted styrene acrylic emulsion,development the starch graft acrylate copolymer emulsion with high bonding property.While the mass ratio of methyl methacrylate,GDT and butyl acrylate is 1.5:1.5:1,The peel strength of the emulsion to paper/paper interface is up to 0.31 KN/m.As starch grafted acrylic copolymer emulsion and the emulsion synthesized in the first chapter are blended in different proportions,a variety of incrustation cardboard can be bonded,it will be widely applied for various paper bags sealing and has high performance price ratio.In the fifth chapter,based on the bonding mechanism of polyurethane adhesives,the protein graft copolymer emulsion was synthesized from protein as raw material and used as label glue.The results show that low-cost animal protein can fully or partially substituted for casein to synthetic protein graft copolymer emulsion,the peel strength up to 0.34 KN/m,it has a broad application prospects due to solved the high-price issue of casein.
