Ultrasonic honing is a widely used advanced processing method.During the processing,due to the presence of ultrasound,cavitation effects will occur in the local area of the liquid,and as the research on cavitation effects continues to deepen,the demand for data volume also increases.Digital oscilloscopes are measurement instruments that are widely used in research today,but the oscilloscope itself has limited storage depth,and the interface operation has certain complexity,which cannot achieve continuous uninterrupted acquisition and storage.Therefore,this paper carried out a research experiment on the sound field of hydrophones,using a method of combination of the original acquisition module of the oscilloscope and the industrial computer,using B-4Pin line to transmit data,using Labview for software editing,thus establishing a system that uses an oscilloscope for data acquisition.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on a large number of theoretical studies in the laboratory,the mechanism of ultrasonic cavitation sound field is analyzed and described,and the experimental platform for measuring the sound field of ultrasonic cavitation by hydrophone is established to measure the sound field and sound pressure of different concentrations of silicon carbide solution.The experimental data was collected to provide data preparation for the next step.In the experiment,the sound field and sound pressure value is simulated,and the sound field mechanism is used to calculate the warning value of 150 mV.(2)Based on the original data,combined with the industrial computer system and oscilloscope signals used in the experiment,the author carried out systematic planning.The industrial computer equipment was selected and the communication transmission module of the data was determined.The author decided to use Labview software for program editing,and got the three modules of data acquisition,data storage and early warning system that need to be designed,and described its basic functions.(3)Using the system planning and design completed in this paper,the design of data acquisition,data storage,and early warning module are completed,and the continuous and uninterrupted functions of data acquisition and storage are realized,and self-verification is carried out.The resulting system can achieve 400Kb/s data storage speed and can work continuously for 380 hours.Combined with the experimental data in Chapter 2,the usability of the system for power ultrasonic honing cavitation experiments is verified.It is concluded that the relative error between the data collected by the designed system and the original data is less than 5%,and the data points are fitted.The values of the peaks were verified,and conduct the scatter plot comparison trend,which was found to be consistent with the original data.
