Automotive lightweight technology is becoming more and more important for new energy vehicles,and lightweight body is the key to vehicle lightweight technology.5083 aluminum alloy has become the most potential material to replace automobile steel plate because of its many excellent characteristics.However,because of its poor plasticity at normal temperature,plastic forming is difficult,which limits its application.According to the 5083 Aluminum Alloy sheet as the research object,establish a theoretical model of temperature and strain rate Aluminum Alloy plate under the combined effects of forming temperature,inquiry and the influence law of forming rate on Aluminum Alloy plate forming,obtain the limit drawing coefficient of forming limit diagram and different temperature under different temperatures under,provide technical the reference for the actual production needs.First,the uniaxial tensile test of 5083 aluminum alloy sheet at different temperatures(20~400 C)and different forming rates(1mm/min ? 10mm/min)was carried out.The obtained experimental data were analyzed by the basic performance parameters of different forming conditions,then the 5083 Aluminum Alloy plate analysis of flow stress at different temperature and forming rate,obtained under different temperatures and the rate of forming the true stress strain curve.The strain hardening exponent n value,strain rate sensitivity index m and material strength factor K were fitted by Fields-Backoften equation.The constitutive equation of 5083 aluminum alloy plate on temperature was established.In order to carry out the physical experiment of aluminum alloy plate temperature forming,a set of experimental device on the temperature forming of aluminum alloy plate was designed and manufactured independently.The heat transfer oil is used as the heat transfer meson to heat the mold more evenly,so that the forming temperature of the forming plate in the mold is more accurate and stable and controllable.Secondly,the DYNAFORM numerical simulation software was used to simulate the expansion and drawing limit of 5083 aluminum alloy sheet at different temperatures.The forming limit diagram of 5083 aluminum alloy sheet at different temperatures was obtained by using the self designed aluminum alloy sheet warm forming experimental device,and the rigid limit bulging test and deep drawing test were carried out,and theultimate drawing coefficient of 5083 aluminum alloy sheet at different temperatures was obtained.This paper studies the 5083 Aluminum Alloy plate under different temperature mechanical properties,bulging performance and drawing performance,in 5083 Aluminum Alloy established temperature deformation constitutive equation based on the series of forming limit diagram and limit drawing coefficient,the results which provide an effective reference for the actual production of this type of Aluminum Alloy plate used in plate metal forming.
