Ceramic materials have been widely concerned by their advantages of high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,high strength and high hardness.Additive manufacturing technology is currently the mainstream of manufacturing technology,will increase the use of material manufacturing technology in ceramic products to break the traditional processing technology of ceramic materials,and now is a key technology research.This paper analyzes the key technology of ceramic material 3D printing,analyze and solve the important technical problems faced in the process of molding materials and equipment,including 3D printing platform,extrusion machine,making the design of extrusion forming ceramic material preparation,molding parameter optimization and drying and sintering of ceramic products.The main contents of the full text are as follows:The structural design and optimization of the key component extruder for 3D printing of ceramic materials are carried out.The use of compressed air and a spiral extrusion combination used for conveying ceramic materials,using the finite element software ANSYS on the ceramic material in the conveying process flow is simulated.The speed of the ceramic paste and the distribution of pressure in the extrusion process was obtained.Then discussed the influence of the size of the extrusion outlet,the size of the pushing screw,and the shape of the cavity on the extrusion characteristics,and optimized the size parameters to obtain the most favorable structural dimensions for extrusion molding.In combination with the 3D printing technology of PLA material,the extruder is made and the 3D printing platform for ceramic materials is built.The ceramic material was analyzed and the ceramic paste suitable for extrusion was prepared.For the extrusion molding process of single factor experiment using ceramic paste preparation,the numerical relationship among process parameters calculation,provide theoretical guidance for the experiment,effects of ceramic material extrusion molding impression factors,ceramic material 3D printing process parameters were determined through experimental tests.The problem of printing products is analyzed by using the parameters of the process,and the printing equipment is improved through the hot air device to improve the molding effect.The use of ceramic materials 3D printer for gears,refractory products and art prints containing complex curved shapes;drying of the resulting ceramic products,measured the drying quality curve and the shrinkage rate of the parts after drying;sintered ceramic products after drying,then measured part shrinkage after sintering in the end.The ceramic material 3D printer developed in this paper has features such as fast molding speed and strong adaptability of materials,enabling stable printing and forming.
