Research On The Design Of The Elderly Fitness Products

The pursuit of health and longevity is an eternal theme.With the development of society and the change of lifestyle,people's life expectancy is gradually lengthening.The increase of the longevity population brings about the problem of the aging of the global population,and as the aging problem becomes more and more serious,our society also reduces the attention of the elderly.The well-being of the elderly is closely related to the health level,and reasonable fitness activities are an important part of improving the quality of life of the elderly.The gradual increase in the health needs of the elderly and the anticipation of fitness products make it increasingly important for fitness products to play a role in the life of the elderly.But the current product design and development for the elderly is still backward,and it is difficult to keep up with the demand of the large elderly population.Older products market mainly concentrated in the elderly auxiliary products and walk machine,rarely positive from the Angle of healthy development for the elderly fitness products,that is for the elderly provides an opportunity for the design of fitness products research.Therefore,this study aims to address the problem of population aging from a positive perspective by designing caring for the elderly.The aim of this study is to the elderly health needs as the breakthrough point,from the old man's psychological,physiological and fitness characteristics analysis,the research status at home and abroad and the status quo of the market,on the basis of analyzing the function and form of existing fitness products.Then,through investigation and case analysis and other research methods to explore the real needs of the elderly fitness aspect,from the perspective of fitness requirements put forward the design principles and design proposal,the design of the product for elderly fitness research provides the research direction and thought.
