In recent years, the rapid development of Chinese pipeline transportation industry, the pipeline damage, caused by erosion leakage during transportation, lead to serious environment pollution and endanger to people's lives.Based on this, the erosion phenomena of gas-solid(oil-bearing natural gas)and liquid-solid(oil-bearing oil)in oil and gas pipelines are studied in this paper. The fluid dynamics simulation analysis is conducted to explore the influence of different factors on erosion. The law provides an important theoretical basis for effectively preventing pipeline erosion and solving problems such as pipeline leakage and plugging.First of all, based on the summarization of existing erosion theory, prediction equations, factors affecting pipeline erosion, and two types of leakage related theories, combined with the specific examples studied in this paper, the erosion equations and leaks suitable for this paper are initially selected. At the same time, this paper also determines the factors of the impact of erosion.Secondly,on the basis of relevant theoretical research, this paper combines the actual situation to assimilate the erosion process rationally, and according to different influencing factors establish the elbow pipe geometry model. When the above model is meshed, the mesh quality is evaluated from the aspects of grid skewness, acceptable ratio and Orthogonal Quality, and the grid independence is verified. In addition, through the CFD simulation study of the erosion characteristics of the elbow in the oil and gas pipeline, the influence of different factors on the erosion of the elbow is obtained.Summarized as follows: several factors, which are pipe diameter, bend radius ratio and bending angle, are negative correlated to the maximum erosion rate; The factors which are positive correlated to the maximum erosion rate, are particle diameter, mass flow and fluid velocity.Based on this,fluid-structure coupling analysis of the characteristics of leakage flow in oil and gas pipelines is further conducted. The research shows that the leakage hole area and the initial pressure in the pipe have basically the same effect on the leakage flow field characteristics, and the leakage hole has the largest leakage at the 45° position. Finally,by building an experimental platform and constructing a data acquisition and processing system, the similarity principle was used to test the leakage of small holes in gas pipelines.Experiments show that the simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results, which proves that the research of pipeline leakage based on CFD method has certain engineering applicability.
