| In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standard,the demand for water quality has been raised,and the safety of water supply has attracted more and more attention.However,the deteriorating water quality of our country,the worsening water pollution situation and the water pollution incidents caused by the secondary pollution in the water supply networks have become a major hidden danger to the safety of water quality.The safety and reliability of the water supply system is under great pressure.In order to ensure the safety of drinking water and improve the safety and reliability of water supply system,it is of great practical significance to use technical means to quickly and accurately track the source of water pollution and optimize the scheduling when water pollution events occur.First of all,the optimal arrangement of water quality accident monitoring points is studied,which is suitable for tracing and locating the pollution source of water supply network.A dual-objective model with 100% monitoring rate and shortest monitoring time for pollution events is proposed,and Dijkstra Algorithm is used to solve the target model to obtain the set of different monitoring points.Taking the water supply network of c city as an example,the optimal arrangement of water quality monitoring points in the water supply network is determined by considering the considering the location of monitoring points,the number of monitoring points and monitoring time.Secondly,the stepwise positioning model of pollution sources is established.The monitoring range of each monitoring point is determined;all nodes in the monitoring range of numerical anomaly monitoring are simulated for sudden pollution accidents,and the simulated values are compared with the measured values to find out the possible sources of pollution;the anomalous values monitored at the next monitoring point are compared with the simulated values,and the pollution sources which are closer to the second time monitoring data are screened out;operate repeatedly until the sole source of pollution is determined.The model is verified by the monitoring data of the water supply network in c city.The results show that the operation results are good and can effectively track and locate the source of pollution.Finally,the optimal scheduling analysis of Water Plant is carried out.According to the water consumption of water supply network and the water yield of Water Plant in c city,under the premise of satisfying the water consumption of water network,taking the operation condition,effluent flow and pressure of the pump as decision variables,taking the lowest cost of water supply as the goal,the optimal scheduling model of water supply network in c city is established.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal scheduling model.On this basis,the water source pollution accidents in the Water Plant I and Water Plant II are assumed respectively,and the operating conditions of the water supply network are analyzed.The effluent flow and pressure of each Water Plant are determined.It is of practical significance to provide guidance for the optimal scheduling decision the sudden pollution accident of water source. |
