The wave of informatization and intelligence of manufacturing,and the rapid development in industy intelligence has brought challenges as well as op-portunities to the transformation of the traditional industry in China.The white paper "Made in China 2025" has promoted the comprehensive informatization and development on intelligent industrial measures to a national strategic level.As a key part for ensuring the quality of industrial engineering,it is vital to make effort on the informatization of the monitoring system,because a well-developed monitoring system can help greatly on the efficiency of operations and automation procedure,lowering the hazard in production,and optimize the asset structure for enterprises.This thesis mainly focused on the research about intelligent monitoring system for high-end CNC platform,which includes one submodule for collect-ing data from industrial equipments and another for storing and visualizing the data.The first submodule consists of the embedded system as the main part with sensor and camera arrays connected to it,the submodule can collect real-time data from industrial site,including the producting metadata,media stream,enviroment status from sensors,etc.The data be stored locally or remotely via preset database schema,while the user-part submodule can manage and visual-ize the data according to the given requests from users.The thesis first demon-strate the overall architect of the system,followed by the detailed depiction of the design and implementation of the submodules,the discusion of theroretical and applied topics on it.At last,the comprehensive tests was taken to help us get a qualified evaluation on the availabity,the stability and the scalability of the system.The resarch has implemented the remote monitoring system for field in-dustrial site and related debugging and testing procedures.The result has shown that the system we developed has a satisfying performance on stability and scal-ability,thus proved the value of the system on application and as a solution for the realm of industrial monitoring.
