Five-axis CNC machine tools have a good ability of surface processing,and are widely used in high-end manufacturing industries such as industrial production,rail transportation,and military industry.As the main force in the industry,the ability to produce and process highprecision industrial products has become an important indicator of the current level of industrial development in various countries.This paper takes a dual-axis five-axis CNC machine tool as the research object,first analyzes and elaborates the characteristic relationship between two adjacent moving bodies,then extends the multibody theory to a specific target machine tool.And it describes its topological structure,and also deduces out of the spatial error transformation matrix.Finally,it propose a simulation method for geometrical error detection of CNC machine tools based on SimMechanics technology was proposed.This method can predict and adjust the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools during the design stage,and provide data support for the design accuracy,facilitating the follow-up design and Improvement work.The main research work is as follows:(1)Based on the multi-body system theory,a dual-axis five-axis CNC machine tool is taken as the research object,and its topological structure is described by a low-sequence array method,and an error transformation matrix is deduced.(2)By analyzing the main error sources of the five-axis CNC machine tool,the influence of geometric errors on the accuracy of the machine tool is described.(3)According to the testing principle of the ballbar,twenty-one geometric error quadratic equation models were established,and a method of predicting the geometric errors of CNC machine tools using computer simulation technology was proposed.(4)The Solidworks & SimMechanics co-simulation program was used to establish the simulation model of the CNC machine tool system.By adding geometric errors to each axis,the ideal model and geometric error model of the simulation machine tool were simulated,and the tool tip spatial coordinate data in the motion simulation was analyzed to detect the machine tool processing.The accuracy range of the error generated during the process determines the maximum and minimum accuracy that can be achieved in the actual machining of the machine under different preset accuracy conditions..The simulation analysis of the pre-error of CNC machine tool with double rotary axes in this paper has some reference value to the error analysis in virtual manufacturing and computer simulation machining and how to improve the precision of the machine tool;it has certain practical value to the error compensation of machine tool in actual machining.
