In the process of nondestructive testing of structural parts,in order to avoid the influence of the reason of the structure and the restriction of the detection method on the result of the detection,to realize the accurate and rapid identification of the structure,a nondestructive testing technology based on the resonance acoustics is studied in this paper.This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects.First of all,this paper introduces the conventional nondestructive testing technology and the current application of the NDT at home and abroad,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of NDT,and expounds the related theory of NDT based on the resonance acoustics.On this basis,a nondestructive testing technology based on resonance acoustics is proposed.By comparing the resonance frequency of the structural parts to determine whether there is a defect in the structure.Secondly,on the basis of a reasonable simplified model,on the basis of a reasonable simplified model,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to calculate the normal connecting rod of the normal large head cover and the top cover with a large head cover and a bolt hole with the defects in the bolt hole respectively.The natural frequency of the head cover is distinctly different from the natural frequency of the large head with a defective connecting rod.It is proved theoretically that the detection technology based on the resonance acoustics is feasible.Thirdly,this paper introduces the type function of relevant experimental equipment in detail,and completes the construction of the test platform of resonance acoustic nondestructive testing.On the basis of LabVIEW 2013,a signal collection and analysis processing system was written,which mainly included the audio signal display module,automatic acquisition module of sound signal,manual acquisition module of sound signal and analysis module of signal,and made a reasonable layout of the front panel of LabVIEW 2013,and improved the relevant functions of the test system.Finally,in this paper,the normal connecting rod large cranium and two kinds of defects in the larger cranium resonance acoustic detection experiments,and compared the spectrum graph is obtained by experiments,comparative analysis,get the defects in large spectrum graphics compared with normal cranial large cranial spectrum graphics migration occurred.Further extracted the three conditions under the experimental condition of the connecting rod large cranial resonance frequency,respectively,to determine the scope of its resonant frequency,on the basis of the comparison,it is concluded that normal big cranium with large cranium defect resonance frequency range,there is a difference,which is verified based on the resonance acoustic nondestructive testing technology is applied to the structure of the feasibility of for identification.
