Phthalate esters?PAEs?,also known as phthalates, are the reaction products of phthalic anhydride and alcohols. They are an important class of environmentally toxic organic compounds and are widely used in plastic products.Easily spilled from the plastic, and then spread to the external environment, thus contaminating the air, water and soil.Current research shows that phthalates enter the body in a variety of ways, causing damage to many organs and tissues of the organism and triggering toxic effects. In this study, dimethyl phthalate?DMP?,dinoctyl phthalate?DOP?,and tolubutyl phthalate?BBP?were selected as the study objects. The earthworms were exposed to DEHP and DBP concentrations of 0,0.1,1,10,and 50 mg·kg-1 in artificial soil, and samples were taken at 7 d,14 d,21 d,and 28 d after exposure.By measuring the superoxide dismutase?SOD?,catalase?CAT?,peroxide?POD?,glutathione transferase?GST?,malondialdehyde?MDA?content, reactive oxygen species of earthworms?ROS?,the degree of DNA damage, evaluated the toxic effects of DMP,DOP and BBP on earthworms from the perspective of oxidative damage and genotoxicity, and provided a basis for a comprehensive understanding of the ecological toxicity of DMP,DOP and BBP on soil. The main findings are as follows:?1?After three kinds of plasticizers are used for poisoning treatment,ROS production in the pupa can be caused, which causes the body's oxidative stress.During the exposure of DMP,DOP and BBP,the levels of ROS in the worms of various doses were increased. With the increase of exposure time, the ROS content in the treated group increased first and then decreased.?2?DMP,DOP and BBP caused a total increase in detoxification enzyme GST content in the pupa groups at various doses during the exposure period;as the exposure time increased, the GST activity in the same concentration treated group decreased.Trend, late in the experiment, there was no significant difference between the treated group and the control group.?3?In this study,SOD,CAT and POD in antioxidant enzymes were selected as the research indicators. It was found through experimental studies that all three plasticizers could lead to the activation or inhibition of antioxidant enzyme activity in the quail to against the toxic effects of external pollutants on the body.?4?DMP,DOP and BBP were used during the exposure period. In the same experimental period, the levels of MDA in the fleas of each concentration-dose group increased. With the passage of time, the MDA of the high-dose group was treated with the same concentration. After the first increase and then decrease, the DOP high-concentration treatment group showed an increase-decrease-increase trend. The activation effect of BBP on MDA activity mainly appeared on the 7th day,and there was no significant difference with the control group.?5?The results of single cell gel electrophoresis showed that DMP,DOP and BBP of different concentrations could cause DNA damage of corpus callosum cells at the set four cycles, and the Olive tail moment value increased with the increase of the concentration.
