With the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for high-quality rice products is increasing,and the huge market capacity of high-end rice products is urgently needed for rice processing companies to improve rice processing technology and equipment,reduce broken rice,improve rice quality,and develop appropriate consumption.The demand for high nutritional new products.This study focuses on the issues of how to reduce cracking of polished rice,reduce broken rice,increase polished rice rate,improve rice quality,and reduce processing energy consumption in rice processing.The orthogonal orthogonal rotation combination test yields the optimal humidification and tempering process parameter combination of Xinjiang brown rice.Based on the discrete element method,EDEM software is used to simulate the process of mixing particles in the process of humidification and conditioning of brown rice to investigate the uniformity of humidification and conditioning of brown rice particles.,Optimize the technical parameters of brown rice humidification and tempering process,design and manufacture a uniform brown rice humidification conditioning prototype,to achieve uniform humidification and conditioning of brown rice.The research results can not only provide reference for humidifying and tempering process of brown rice,but also can effectively solve practical problems such as low rate of polished rice,high energy consumption,etc.in the processing of rice,improve the efficiency of rice processing enterprises,and enhance market competitiveness.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Compared with the northeast brown rice,the brown rice in Xinjiang has shorter single-axis long-axis size and lower moisture content after storage.Using rice grains with a moisture content of 10% in South Xinjiang as a test material,the rice was polished in a single humidification amount of 1.28%,a roughening interval of 105 minutes,and a roughening temperature of 30.2°C.The whole milled rice rate of operations increased by 13.08%,and rice milling energy consumption decreased by 29.58%.(2)This design combines box-type “curtain curtain” blanking and spiral mixing blades to achieve uniform blanking and uniform humidification.The device is simple in structure,low in cost and high in working efficiency,and effectively solves the problems of low milled rice rate and high energy consumption in milled rice processing,and has a good market application prospect.(3)The mixing motion of the particle system is accomplished by the combined action of diffusion motion,convection motion,co-directional motion,and shear motion.From the radial observation,the particles begin to diffuse from the center until the end of the mixing.The particle system's motion trajectory is from inside to outside and from below.And on the approximate ellipse.With the increase of the rotational speed of the spiral stirring blade,the better the mixing degree of the granular system,the larger the filling amount of the brown rice,the better the mixing degree of the granular system.Considering the comprehensive energy consumption and production efficiency,when the rotation speed is 120 and the filling rate is 48.49%,the particle system has the best mixing effect.
